LSC Organizational Meeting
An organizational meeting of the Local School Council will be held on July 6th, 6:00 PM in the Taft APR. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

For Incoming Taft Freshmen Students:
Freshmen Connection begins June 22 and continues through July 23 (Monday through Thursday) Regular Activities run 8:30am to 12:30pm and the PM Connection (Enrichment Activities) runs 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Click for further information including registration.

Still Need to Register to Attend Taft This Fall?
Registration for students who live in the Taft attendance area is scheduled for every Tuesday throughout the Summer. Hours for registration are 8:30am to 11:00am. No appointment is necessary. Please call 773-534-1040 and listen to the recording regarding documents needed to register a student.

The New Incito is Here!
Incito!!! Taft's literary magazine was founded last year. Appropriately named, the mission of the magazine is "to inspire" student creativity and expression. All Taft students were invited to submit writing and art pieces that reflect a specific theme. This year's dual theme was daydreaming/underground. Students on the judging panels selected from the pieces based on the following categories: art, drama, short story, poetry/lyrics, essay. Click to view the new Incito.
